Refund policy

Returns
Not happy with your order? No problem - send it back within 30 days for a full refund.
Items must be in their original packaging - unopened and unused. 

Include your order number and reason for return and send it to:
Fabyo, 64 Hollyhock Drive, Liverpool, L11 1HY, England

Refunds are issued after we receive and check the items - this may take a few days.

Please note: 
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the item arrives safely.
- You can use any carrier you like at your cost.

Exchanges
Want to swap your item? No problem - we charge a £3 fee for restocking and postage.
Email us at fabyowear@gmail.com with your name and order number. 
Exchange will be processed once we receive and quality check your unwanted item - it needs to be in it's undamaged original packaging, unopened and unused. 

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
